Welcome to BravoNodes. By accessing or using our premium managed Minecraft hosting services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
BravoNodes provides specialized, private, and managed Minecraft server hosting tailored specifically for custom modpacks. Unlike generic hosting, our service includes manual environment configuration, specific JVM argument optimization, and direct expert support for the environment your modpack runs within.
Subscriptions: Services are billed on a recurring monthly cycle. You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date. Failure to pay will result in the suspension and eventual termination of your server environment.
The $15 Setup Fee: All managed plans require a mandatory, one-time $15 setup fee. This fee covers the manual labor of installing, configuring, and optimizing the server environment specifically for your chosen modpack. Because this requires immediate human labor, the setup fee is strictly non-refundable once optimization work has begun.
We stand by our claim: "If it doesn't run better, don't continue."
If your modpack does not run noticeably smoother or more stable than it did on a previous generic host of comparable specifications, we will personally investigate and fix the environment. If we cannot resolve the environmental issue to your satisfaction within the first seven (7) days of deployment, you are entitled to a full refund of your hosting subscription fee for that month. As stated above, the $15 manual setup fee remains non-refundable.
Refunds outside of this 7-day window are provided solely at the discretion of BravoNodes management.
Our "Uncapped CPU Allocation" is designed to allow your Minecraft server to burst up to its maximum vCore limit (e.g., 8, 10, or 12 vCores) during heavy in-game loads like dimension generation or extreme chunk loading. To maintain the integrity of our private infrastructure, you agree NOT to:
Violation of the AUP will result in immediate termination of your service without a refund.
Our "Direct Expert Support" covers the stability, optimization, and configuration of the server environment. We will ensure the server can physically run the modpack efficiently.
Support does not cover:
While BravoNodes engineers our environments with "Stability First" and includes automated backup protection to prevent catastrophic data loss, you are ultimately responsible for your own data. We highly recommend downloading periodic local backups of your world. BravoNodes shall not be held liable for any data loss, corruption, or hardware failure.
We strive for maximum uptime on our Montreal infrastructure. However, BravoNodes does not guarantee 100% uptime. Routine maintenance, emergency patching, or upstream network outages may occasionally cause brief downtime. In the event of extended, unreasonable downtime caused by our infrastructure, we will issue account credits at our discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BravoNodes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use the services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of any significant changes via the Client Area or the email associated with your account. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
